Frequently Asked Questions

Is it just the things in the shop or can I bring in my own items for printing?

Yes, you can bring in your own items. We just need to check that they are suitable for printing. A general guideline is that it is cotton or polyester or some blend of those fabrics. Also that it is clean as stains can leave marks on the fabric that won’t come out in the wash after printing. If in any doubt, pop into the shop and the staff there will be able to tell you if they can or not.

How long will it take?

That depends on 2 things – first, how busy we are on the day and second, how involved your design is. We can have something simple like a bib personalised within 20 minutes but if there is a lot of detail or different types of print or if it is a large quantity, then it will take time. Our staff aim to have single items printed on the day if not within 24 hours; for larger orders, you need to contact the store for a more accurate lead time.

You’ve told me how much one t-shirt costs but I’m looking for 15 of them. Is there any better price you can give me?

Yes there is. Once we know the details of what we are being asked to do, we can give you a more competitive quote based on the information supplied. Contact us with the details and we will get back to you with a quote that is valid for 28 days. Even if you don’t need the order for a few months, you can secure that quote by paying a small deposit and the staff will look after your needs.
