At Print On, we aim to complete and dispatch all processed orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Wherever possible we dispatch the same day, but please allow up to 3 working days for receipt of some orders. PLEASE NOTE – DUE TO BREXIT WE ARE EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED DELAYS WITH STOCK DELIVERIES, PLEASE BEAR WITH US – If you have a last minute priority order please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll do everything in our power to get you sorted – we’d never leave anyone stuck!
Delivery Charges & Returns
Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return, however, if an exchange is required, due to change of mind or incorrect size, you will be charged at cost for the delivery of the new product.
If, for any unknown reason, you wish to return a Print On product, please return it to the shop (Kiosk 10, Eyre Square Shopping Centre) within 14 days of receipt. As a personalisation shop we are limited to what we can offer a returns process on. We are a reasonable bunch so once items are returned in perfect condition, complete with packaging and receipt of purchase we can go through the returns process. Mistakes happen, on both sides which is why we strive to consistently double and triple check spelling, dates etc. Order dockets/confirmation emails must be checked by both parties prior to completion of orders to avoid any unnecessary ‘fixing’ and ensure the perfect order!
All Returns are at the buyers expense. We recommend you use registered post/recorded delivery as proof of postage is not proof of receipt. If you received free carriage on your order from us, €5 will be deducted from your refund to cover carriage expenses. Replacement items will also incur carriage charge which must be paid prior to despatch of new goods.
